Here is the tentative agenda:
1) Scope of work for the consultant (30 minutes): I will have a draft
prepared by Monday in which I will disseminate to the team and a few
of the Steering Committee for comments (I welcome any input beforehand,
thanks Gabe for yours)
2) Design for the Neighborhood Park at the Curson/Pico Site (30 minutes).
Steve Gelf the developer of this site will be attendance. I will have
a plan in which we can brainstorm ideas with Steve. He has loads of
good ideas...let's discuss what is most desirable, feasible and achievable.
3) Design package for AutoBody shops (10 minutes)
4) Kiosk status (10 minutes)
5) Future Neighborhood Matching Grant ideas (10 minutes)
Description
The Design Committee of the PRP seeks to articulate an overall vision
for the boulevard through drawings and images in which can be presented
to the community for input and then final direction. The Design Committee
takes a proactive role to implement this vision in various forms; from
large public initiatives (i.e. TNI),private initiatives (assisting one
business, such as the Comedy Club), government agencies (CD 10 &
CD 5, pocket parks, neighborhood kiosks) and community efforts (tree
planting & maintenance).

10. Scope of Work - The Design Committee is currently drafting a "Scope
of Work" document to outline and articulate Pico Revitalization's
vision for the streetscape along Pico. This document will be used to
aid in selecting and working with prospective landscape architects.
